1.

Echo vouchers are issued due to a booking that has been cancelled in
time and/or as per point 3 under booking-policies-effective-dec-2024 and/or alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing and acknowledged by Management in writing.

All vouchers incur a compulsory R250 admin fee (This fee will be dedcuted from the booking total prior to issuing a voucher)

These vouchers are valid for 6 months (180 total days) from the date of
issue.

4.

Voucher totals equal a rand value, therefore, should the hotel
increase rates within the date of voucher issue till the date of voucher
use, the guest will be liable for the price differences.

5.

New booking dates are subject to availability and cannot be
guaranteed.

6.

Vouchers are non-refundable and only valid for 1 use.

7.

Vouchers are not linked to physical guests; therefore, vouchers can
be used for other guests as well, however, the same company must be
the primary booker.

8.

New bookings for voucher use must be done via email. Online
bookings will not be accepted.

Updated Description for point 5, 1 March 2024:
Once a voucher has been charged, the voucher is voided and a new
voucher cannot be issued.
