These Terms govern the issuance and use of accommodation vouchers by Echo Mountain Inn.
By accepting, retaining or redeeming an Echo Accommodation Voucher, the voucher holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Voucher Issuance
Accommodation vouchers may be issued when a confirmed booking is cancelled in accordance with Echo Mountain Inn’s applicable booking and cancellation policy, or at the discretion of management.

2. Administrative Fee
A compulsory administrative fee of R250 will be deducted before a voucher is issued.

3. Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for 180 days from date of issue and expire thereafter.

4. Voucher Value and Rate Changes
Voucher value equals original booking value less admin fee. Rate differences are payable by the
guest.

5. Booking and Availability
Redemption subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Email booking only.

6. Refundability

Vouchers are non-refundable and may only be redeemed once.

The full voucher value must be used in a single booking. If the total value of the booking is less than the value of the voucher, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, credited, or carried forward for future use.

If the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

7. Transferability
Vouchers may be transferred but the primary booker remains the contracting party.

8. Cancellation and Reissue
Once used, voucher is void and cannot be reissued.

9. Governing Law
Governed by South African law.
