These Terms govern the issuance and use of accommodation vouchers by Echo Mountain Inn.

1. Voucher Issuance
Vouchers are issued when a confirmed booking is cancelled in accordance with booking policy.

2. Administrative Fee
A compulsory administrative fee of R250 will be deducted before a voucher is issued.

3. Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for 180 days from date of issue and expire thereafter.

4. Voucher Value and Rate Changes
Voucher value equals original booking value less admin fee. Rate differences are payable by the
guest.

5. Booking and Availability
Redemption subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Email booking only.

6. Refundability
Vouchers are non-refundable and single-use only.

7. Transferability
Vouchers may be transferred but the primary booker remains the contracting party.

8. Cancellation and Reissue
Once used, voucher is void and cannot be reissued.

9. Consumer Rights
Nothing limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

10. Governing Law
Governed by South African law.
