FAMILY CLUB CARD INFORMATION:
A. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Every R1000 spent rewards you with R50 which is converted to a voucher which can be used as a discount to your bill

Vouchers are valid for 36 months

The welcome voucher is only valid for 6 months

A Welcome voucher of R50 will be loaded to your card within 72 hours of registration

A Birthday voucher of R200 will only be loaded to your card if you swiped your card more than 6 times prior to your birth date

Birthday vouchers are only valid for your birthday month and expire if not used within your birthday month

Vouchers must be used as a whole – change cannot be given

Vouchers cannot be used to tip the staff

The bill amount must exceed R50 to claim a voucher

Vouchers/Points may take up to 72 hours to show

Vouchers/Points cannot be earned or redeemed on accounts – Points can only be earned and/or redeemed on same day paid bills

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value or used on the slot machines

The Family Club is only for Club members, Employees may not benefit

To qualify for a club card, you must be a valued guest of Echo Mountain Inn and/or have spent R5000 or more within 3 months. Club membership is by invite only and at the owner's discretion

Lost/Stolen cards must be reported as soon as possible

Card Replacement fee = R20
