📜 R500 Feedback Competition – Terms & Conditions:
 

1. Eligibility

   • The competition is open to all guests of Echo Mountain Inn who complete the feedback form.

   • Only one entry per person is allowed, per month.

2. Prize

   • One winner will receive R500 in cash or voucher value (management’s discretion).

   • The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

3. Draw Process

   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

   • The draw will take place monthly (or specify your chosen interval).

   • Winners will be contacted via the details provided on the feedback form.

4. Claiming the Prize

   • Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.

   • Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner drawn.

5. General

   • By entering, participants agree that their feedback may be used (anonymously) for service improvement and marketing purposes.

   • Echo Mountain Inn reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

   • Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
